What if I’m not happy with my sunglasses purchase?

Will you refund the original shipping cost?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the original shipping cost.

Will you pay for return shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping. The costs incurred when sending your item(s) back are your responsibility.

What if my sunglasses are defective?

This is rare. But if you receive a defective pair, call us at 1-877-485-7109. We will probably ask you to send us a picture showing the damage. We will make it right.

What if I want to buy 200 pair?
