If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund minus our original shipping cost for up to 30 days of your receipt date. All returns/exchanges must be in their original unused condition and show no signs of use. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded.

How do I make a return?

Follow the steps below to request a return on an order that was placed through our website:

  • Log in and go to your My Account page.
  • Click into the Orders section and select the appropriate order number.
  • Click the Refund/Exchange button for the product you wish to return.
  • Follow the steps to begin your return. You’ll be asked to explain the reason for the return request and if needed you can attach a photo.
  • If possible, use the same shipping box with packing to return your sunglasses.
  • If your order was sent via Priority Mail, you’ll need to use a different box for shipping your items back to us.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise. If possible, use the same shipping box with packing to return your sunglasses.

How do I return a broken or defective item?
Occasionally a broken or defective item gets shipped. We know how disappointing it is to receive a defective product, so we spot check all orders before shipping. We apologize if something slipped past us. We will make it right, so please give us a call at 1-877-485-7109. Or, you can follow the steps above on How to Make a Return and just explain that you have a defective product. Please attach a close up photo of the product to speed up replacement. We will send a replacement at no additional charge.

How long to receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your item(s), we will start the refund process. All returns should be in their original unused condition without any signs of wear. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. If possible, use the same shipping box with packing to return your sunglasses.

When will my new sunglasses be shipped?
Go to HelloShades.com, log in and order your new sunglasses for exchange. We will start fulfilling your order as soon as you submit it. When we receive your exchange item, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charge.
