Shipping / Delivery
All orders are shipped from our facility in Asheboro, NC. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page. The delivery time estimates do not begin until the day after your order ships from our facility.
- First-Class Mail (estimated 3-5 business days): FREE for orders being shipped within the United States.
- Priority Mail (estimated 2-3 business days)
- Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days): Express shipping is not always available to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping Qualifications
All shipping within the United States can choose free USPS First-Class Mail shipping. All orders shipping outside the USA will be based on location and shipping method selected.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET Monday-Friday will be shipped from our warehouse on the day your order is placed. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will ship the following business day. Orders placed anytime on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, will ship the following business day. Estimated delivery times are based on the day after your order ships.
We offer international shipping. Estimated delivery times and costs depend on shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
All shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 12 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete or wrong address information provided by the customer when ordered is the responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for a replacement. Packages with a delivery confirmation number are not eligible for a replacement. Make sure the shipping address you use for your order is a safe and secure location. Packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a replacement. We are only able to consider offering replacements for orders that are lost in transit by the carrier.
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional charges for re-shipping.
Damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness by USPS may be replaced by Hello Shades. If you receive damaged merchandise due to shipment, please contact us immediately. All replacement orders will be mailed via USPS First-Class Mail.
You must allow sufficient time for the carrier to deliver your package. USPS does not guarantee delivery time.
